June 29
* Australia's Tyro Payments Ltd. said in a release its CEO and managing director, Robbie Cooke, provided six months' notice that he is resigning.
* ASX Ltd. appointed Heather Smith a nonexecutive director to its board. It also announced that Ken Henry will retire as a nonexecutive director.
* PT Indonesia Stock Exchange appointed Iman Rachman as president director, replacing Inarno Djajadi, who will become executive head for capital market supervision at the Financial Services Authority, Kompas reported.
* India's IIFL Wealth Management Ltd. promoted Nikunj Kedia to the role of head of products, Mint reported.
* CSB Bank Ltd. said Madhavan Aravamuthan stepped down as part-time chairman and an independent director of the bank. It had earlier appointed Bhama Krishnamurthy its part-time chairman June 24.
* Viji Finance Ltd. appointed Aryaman Kothari a nonexecutive director.
* China's Bank of Jiujiang Co. Ltd. said Xiao Jing was elected the executive director of the sixth session of the bank's board.
* Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. approved the election of Guo Xuemeng as an independent nonexecutive director of the bank at the annual general meeting.
* The board of Bank of Qingdao Co. Ltd. agreed to elect Jing Zailun chairman of the eighth session of the board.
June 28
* China's Jiangxi Bank Co. Ltd. said Zeng Hui was elected as the chairman of the third session of the board, while Luo Xiaolin was elected vice chairman. It approved the election of Zeng Hui and Luo Xiaolin as an executive directors, the election of Deng Yonghang, Xiong Jiemin and Li Shuiping as nonexecutive directors, and the election of Yang Ailin and Liu Xinghua as independent nonexecutive directors.
* Jinshang Bank Co. Ltd. said it named Zhang Yunfei as its president, subject to regulatory approval.
* China CITIC Bank Corp. Ltd. said it received the resignations of He Cao and Chen Lihua as independent nonexecutive directors of the bank.
* OPN Co. Ltd. appointed former Apple Inc. and Roblox Corp. executive Chris Misner to its board.
* Bank of the Philippine Islands' BPI Asset Management and Trust Corp. unit named Maria Theresa Marcial president and CEO, effective June 15, BusinessWorld reported, citing a statement from the company.
* Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. said Aline Aguilar Novilla resigned as senior president, effective June 7.
* India-based City Union Bank Ltd. said R. Mohan left the lender's board as an independent director due to the completion of his tenure.
* Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd. appointed Gaurav Makarand Patankar an additional nonexecutive nonindependent director and Marc Scott Irizarry an additional independent director.
* Astik Mani Tripathi resigned as a nonexecutive independent director of Ekam Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd. with effect from May 12.
* Pakistan-based BIPL Securities Ltd. said Kamal Uddin Tipu, Abdul Aziz Anis and Zafar Ahmed Khan resigned as the chairman, CEO and CFO of the company, respectively. It appointed Hina Junaid its chair and nonexecutive director, Muhammad Farid Alam its CEO and executive director, and Tanvir Hussain Khan as its CFO. Tariq Adam was appointed an executive director, while Khurshid Anwer, Muhammad Noorul Hasan and Muhammad Shehzad Dhedhi stepped down from the board.
* Chandana Dissanayake was appointed a nonexecutive nonindependent director by the board of Sri Lanka-based SANASA Development Bank PLC, subject to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka's approval.
June 27
* Taiwan-based China Development Financial Holding Corp. said the board of its KGI Bank Co. Ltd. unit elected Stefano Paolo Bertamini as chairman, China Times reported.
* Chinese wealth management service provider Hywin Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Vincent Chun Hung Chan to its board as an independent nonexecutive director.
* Bank of Guizhou Co. Ltd. said that Wang Xiaoyong resigned as a nonexecutive director of the bank due to work reallocation.
* India's CSL Finance Ltd. said it appointed Chander Subhash Kwatra and Parmod Bindal as additional directors in the capacity of nonexecutive independent directors. Meanwhile, Manoj Gupta resigned as an independent director of the company with immediate effect.
* Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd. approved the appointment of P.H. Ravikumar as an independent director for a term of three years from Oct. 27, 2021, to Oct. 26, 2024, at its annual general meeting.
* Australia-based Plenti Group Ltd. announced the appointment of Stephen Benton to its board as an independent nonexecutive director, effective July 1.
* AMP Ltd. appointed Andrew Best as an independent nonexecutive director, effective July 1.
* Japan's Monex Group Inc. said that Yo Nakagawa was promoted from executive director to senior executive director, while Rikiji Maki and Yumi Nagai were promoted to executive director.

* John Prendiville will join the board of Australia's Wilsons Advisory and Stockbroking Ltd. as chairman, The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk blog reported without citing sources. Prendiville is expected to take an equity stake in the Melbourne-based financial advisory firm.
June 25
* India's Sai Capital Ltd. named Niraj Kumar Singh as its chairman and executive nonindependent managing director for a period of five consecutive years.
* Purshottam Investofin Ltd. appointed Parmit Kumar as an additional independent director to its board. Meanwhile, Rajendra Prasad Chauhan resigned as an independent director the firm.
June 24
* Japan's SBI Holdings Inc. announced the resignation of Masaki Yoshida as a director due to personal reasons.
* Indonesian lender PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk in a shareholders meeting appointed Iggi Saruman Achsien as president commissioner, replacing Ilham Akbar Habibie, Bisnis Indonesia reported. The bank also appointed K.H. Marsyudi Suhud, Amin Said Husni and Sartono as commissioners, replacing Edy Setiadi and Juni Supriyanto, as well as Karno as compliance director to replace Andri Donny.
* Deutsche Bank AG hired Darren Boulos as co-head of global FX for Asia-Pacific, based out of Sydney, The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk blog reported, citing the lender's global head of FX, Russell LaScala.
* Pakistan-based Next Capital Ltd appointed Ali Akhtar Ali a director in the place of Muhammad Zubair Ellahi.
* India's Bajaj Finserv Ltd. said its members approved the appointment of Pramit Shashikant Jhaveri and Radhika Vijay Haribhakti as independent directors for a term of five consecutive years, effective May 1.
* Summit Securities Ltd. said its board appointed Manish Jain an additional nonexecutive director.
* Sri Lanka's Colombo Stock Exchange named Dilshan Wirasekara the chairman of its board, succeeding Dumith Fernando.
June 23
* Citigroup Inc. named its Singapore Citi country officer and head of Southeast Asia, Amol Gupte, head of South and Southeast Asia cluster, The Business Times reported, citing a company announcement. Tim Monger, CFO for Asia-Pacific at Citi, will be the head of the North and East Asia cluster.
* RBL Bank Ltd. said in a bourse filing Vishwavir Ahuja's term as managing director and CEO ended June 23 due to the appointment of R. Subramaniakumar to the role.
* The Reserve Bank of India appointed Venkat Nageswar Chalasani a member of the advisory committee of Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd. and Srei Equipment Finance Ltd. to advise the administrator on the operations of financial service providers during the corporate insolvency resolution process. Chalasani's appointment came after the resignation of R. Subramaniakumar from the committee June 22.
