EHealth Inc. named Gavin Galimi senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Galimi was general counsel for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits.
Property and casualty
BMS Group Ltd. appointed Ian Gormley U.K. CEO.
Gormley joined BMS as managing director of global risks in 2012.

Vendula Linhart assumed the executive chief of staff role at PEMCO Mutual Insurance Co.
Linhart served as chief of staff at Trussworks Inc., a consulting firm.

Donegal Insurance Group named David Sponic senior vice president of personal lines.
Sponic succeeds Jeff Jacobsen, who is retiring in early 2023. Jacobsen will hold an advisory role until his retirement.
Donegal Insurance Group consists of Donegal Mutual Insurance Co. and the insurance subsidiaries of Donegal Group Inc.

Willis Towers Watson PLC appointed Frank Schepers global head of its insurance consulting and technology business.
Schepers will replace Alice Underwood, who is retiring in 2022. Schepers will assume the new role in the coming weeks after a handover period.
The company also named Sudhir Modhvadia head of structured risk in Great Britain. Modhvadia previously worked at Lloyd's of London Syndicate 1458.
Reinsurance
Tobias Frenz took over as CEO of Munich Re's Singapore branch, finews.asia reported.
Frenz will serve as CEO of the branch on top of his existing role as the head of digital solutions for life and health in the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions. He succeeds James Park, who will pursue an opportunity outside of the company.
Additionally, Surbhi Goel will be in charge of the Singapore and Southeast Asia property and casualty business. Goel is managing director and head of property and casualty.

Kevin Fisher, chairman of U.K. and global specialties at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC, is retiring, Insurance Insider reported.
Fisher also serves as chairman of Guy Carpenter's London North America business. He will continue as a senior adviser to the company after retiring.
