Reinsurance

Brent Hoffman is joining Everest Re Group Ltd.'s reinsurance division, Everest Reinsurance, as senior vice president, head of claims and chief operations officer at the end of July.

Hoffman was chief claims officer at Axa XL.

Additionally, Everest Re named Rui Tang director of portfolio management and analysis, Reinsurance News reported.

Tang served as associate director of pricing and analytics at American International Group Inc.
