Global Payments CFO to retire; successor named

Global Payments Inc. CFO Paul Todd will retire at the end of June.

The company appointed Josh Whipple to succeed Todd, effective July 1. Whipple is currently senior executive vice president and chief strategy and enterprise risk officer.

Todd, who has been with Global Payments and its predecessor companies for 27 years, will become senior adviser through the third quarter for transition purposes.
