FTX to acquire Canadian crypto asset trading platform Bitvo

Crypto exchange operator FTX Trading Ltd. agreed to acquire Canadian crypto asset trading platform Bitvo Inc.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.

Following deal completion, Bitvo is expected to be integrated into the FTX global team, serving the Canadian market in a variety of capacities, according to a news release.
