British Business Bank PLC named Louis Taylor CEO, effective Oct. 1.

Taylor is CEO of the government's export credit agency, UK Export Finance, and will be taking over from interim CEO Catherine Lewis La Torre.

Boubyan Bank

Kuwait-based Boubyan Bank KSCP appointed Abdullah Abdulmohsen al-Mejhem chief consumer and private banking officer, effective June 9.

Codat

Patrick McGoldrick, a partner at J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, will join the board of Codat Ltd. as part of the U.K. financial technology company's latest funding round, which raised $100 million.
