Henry+Horne Wealth Management joining InterOcean Capital Group

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Wealth Management LLC, which operates as Henry+Horne Wealth Management, will join InterOcean Capital Group LLC, a partner firm of Focus Financial Partners Inc.

The transaction, of which financial terms were not disclosed, is expected to close in the second quarter.

Founded by Michael Carlin in 2005, Henry+Horne offers personalized investment advice and integrated wealth management to high net worth and ultrahigh net worth individuals and families and also serves businesses and other institutions. Joining InterOcean will enable the firm to continue expanding in the Southwest market, according to a news release.
