Deal Wrap: Bridgepoint to sell HKA; Lonsdale buys Todays Dental

* Bridgepoint Development Capital is selling U.K.-based risk mitigation and dispute resolution consulting firm HKA Global Ltd. to PAI Partners. Rothschild & Co., DC Advisory, Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, Alvarez & Marsal and Bain & Co. advised PAI, while J.P. Morgan, Travers Smith, BDO and OC&C advised Bridgepoint.

* Midmarket private equity firm The Jordan Company LP provided growth capital to Flywheel Software, which offers an enterprise data activation platform. Kirkland & Ellis was Jordan's legal adviser and Lumos Partners was financial adviser, while Snell & Wilmer was Flywheel's legal counsel.

* Godspeed Capital Management LP added Rachlin Partners LLC, an architecture, planning, program management and construction management company catering to education and government facilities, to its portfolio. Rachlin combines with Huckabee Architects, the lower-middle-market investment firm's architecture, engineering and consulting services and solutions growth platform.

* Lonsdale Capital Partners LLP purchased Todays Dental Group Ltd., which has a network of eight dental practices in the U.K. RCL Partners advised the Richardson family business, which is investing alongside the lower midmarket private equity firm.
