True Capital Management acquires FS Wealth Sports & Entertainment

San Francisco-based True Capital Management LLC acquired FS Wealth Sports & Entertainment LLC, a Nashville, Tenn.-based boutique wealth advisory firm.

FS Wealth co-founders Bret Fincher and Chris Stout were named managing directors and will continue to co-lead the Nashville team as True Capital Management's Nashville office, according to a news release.

MHB Advisers was the exclusive investment banking adviser to True Capital Management on the transaction.
