Deal Wrap: GenNx360 to exit Salford; Accel-KKR backs Yes Energy

* Monroe Capital LLC will provide about $250 million of debt and equity capital to single-family rental platform Second Avenue Group LLC.

* GenNx360 Capital Partners agreed to sell Salford Group Inc., which makes tillage and crop nutrition application equipment, to Linamar Corp. for C$260 million. Winston & Strawn, McCarthy Tétrault and Siskinds were legal advisers to Salford, while Lincoln International was its financial adviser.

* Accel-KKR LLC made a significant investment in the North American energy market data firm Yes Energy LLC.

* Highlander Partners LP added Direct Scaffolding Supply to its portfolio. The scaffold supplier's affiliates, including DirecTank Environmental Products, GSD Logistics, Beric Valves and Direct Staging and Seating, are part of the acquisition.

* L Squared Capital Partners bought laboratory consumable supplier Globe Scientific Inc. The deal is the private equity firm's third acquisition within GSI Group Holdings, which comprises brands catering to the biotechnology, clinical diagnostics, life sciences, education and industrial markets.

* L Catterton Partners closed its purchase of LTP Home Services Group, a residential plumbing and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning services platform, from Thompson Street Capital Partners. Thompson Street will keep a board seat and minority stake in LTP.

* Crosstimbers Capital Group LLC provided substantial growth capital to Coast Energy Holdings LLC, which will use the funding to advance its commercial solar development and power purchase agreement financing platform.

* Vopne Capital made a capital injection into Radio Design Labs Inc., which specializes in developing and producing audio, video and control modules for professional audio-visual systems.
