Creative Planning acquires Keystone Wealth Partners

Registered investment adviser Creative Planning LLC acquired Keystone Wealth Partners LLC, a wealth management firm based in Arizona and North Dakota that manages over $644 million in AUM.

Following the transaction's completion on April 12, Keystone Wealth Partners, which offers services in wealth management, estate planning, and tax planning and preparation, will immediately join Creative Planning with its 29 employees, including financial advisers and other staff.

With the acquisition, Creative Planning advises on over $225 billion in assets across all 50 states in the U.S. and 65 countries, as of Dec. 31, 2021.

Based in Overland Park, Kan., Creative Planning provides retirement planning, estate planning, trust services, tax planning and family office services for individuals as well as 401(k) and institutional clients.
