Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance appoints CFO

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance Inc. announced the appointment of Anastasia Mironova as CFO, secretary, and treasurer, effective April 4.

The appointment of Mironova was to be effective upon the commencement of her employment with ACREFI Management, LLC or its affiliate, which was earlier expected to be at the beginning of the second quarter.

The company CEO and President Stuart Rothstein was serving as interim CFO, secretary, and treasurer before Mironova's appointment, the company said in a filing.

Rothstein will remain Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance's CEO and president.
