SEB CFO returns after leave of absence; Quilter's chair to step down

Masih Yazdi will return as Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ)'s CFO and group executive committee member after a leave of absence.

Peter Kessiakoff, who has been acting CFO during Yazdi's leave of absence, will resume his previous position as CFO of the Swedish lender's corporate and private customers division.

The changes are effective immediately.

Quilter

Glyn Jones will step down as chair and a director of Quilter PLC at the end of the U.K.-based company's May 12 annual general meeting.

The wealth manager appointed Ruth Markland interim chair while searching for Jones' successor.

Tim Breedon, nonexecutive director, will assume Markland's current role of senior independent director.

Appreciate Group

Appreciate Group PLC appointed Guy Parsons as an independent nonexecutive director and chairperson-designate.

Parsons, who joined the board of the U.K. multi-retailer redemption product provider March 22, will take over, starting April 1, from Laura Carstensen, who will stand down as chairperson.

Parsons will step down from his current nonexecutive director role at Yorkshire Building Society in April.

Monese

U.K.-based financial technology company Monese Ltd. named Alistair Bennett chief product officer.

Bennett was a transformation director at Premium Credit Ltd.
