Lincoln International agrees to acquire Spurrier Capital Partners

Chicago-based investment banking advisory firm Lincoln International LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Spurrier Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based investment bank.

Upon closing the acquisition, the Spurrier team will join Lincoln's technology, media and telecom group. Spurrier founder Clark Spurrier will chair the TMT group and join Lincoln's U.S. management committee. Spurrier employees will work in Lincoln's offices in New York and San Francisco.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
