Howden Broking Group Ltd. appointed Chris Evans as deputy CEO.
Alistair Barrett also became COO, while Rebecca Scott assumed the chief risk officer role. Scott will continue to lead Howden Group operations.
Howden Broking also named Isabelle Cadignan chief of staff and head of planning.
The appointments are part of a "major transformation" of Howden Group Holdings Ltd.'s proposition as it nears completion of its planned acquisition of Aston Lark Ltd., according to Howden Broking CEO José Manuel González.
Evans was deputy CEO of Howden U.K., while Barrett was COO. Cadignan was managing director of Howden's retail broking partner network, Howden One.
