Clearlake-backed Cornerstone to buy EdCast; Huron Capital adds to auto platform

* Clearlake Capital Group LP-backed Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EdCast Inc., a learning experience platform. Deal terms were not disclosed. Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. was financial adviser to EdCast.

* Lower-middle-market private equity Huron Capital Partners LLC's automotive aftermarket accessories platform, Horsepower, bought Rago Fabrication for an undisclosed price. Rago is manufactures and distributes off-road and overland aftermarket products.

* ClearLight Partners LLC-backed ICS acquired Unified Networking Solutions, an IT firm focused on the southeastern Massachusetts market.

* OceanSound Partners LP-backed Netrix LLC bought Edrans Iberia SL for an undisclosed amount. Edrans provides cloud services for midsize clients. DC Advisory was financial adviser to Edrans. Womble Bond Dickinson (US) and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP were legal counsel to Netrix.
