Vallen Distribution nets loans backing LBO by Nautic Partners

Vallen Distribution Inc. received debt financing backing an acquisition of the company by middle market private equity firm Nautic Partners. BMO Harris Bank, Capital One and Wells Fargo led financing for the transaction, the companies said.

Nautic is buying the company from Sonepar Group in partnership with Vallen management.

The company provides integrated supply solutions and vendor managed inventory.
