Upay CEO resigns; successor named

Wouter Fouche resigned as CEO of Upay Inc., effective Feb. 3, the financial technology company disclosed in a regulatory filing.

Jaco Fölscher was appointed CEO of the company, effective the same day. Fölscher has been Upay's president, COO and director since January 2015 and its CFO and chief accounting officer since June 2016.
