Tiger Global leads $125M series B round for Cohere

Natural language processing platform Cohere Inc. secured $125 million in a series B financing round led by Tiger Global Management LLC.

Radical Ventures, Index Ventures and Section 32 LLC also participated in the round, which brings Cohere's total capital to more than $170 million.

In addition, Cohere appointed Bill MacCartney, former director of proactive intelligence at Apple Inc., as vice president of engineering and machine learning.
