Thomas Scientific obtains $235M loan backing LBO by Broad Sky

Thomas Scientific Inc. received a $235 million senior secured credit facility backing a buyout of the company by Broad Sky Partners, market sources said today.

MidCap Financial was administrative agent, sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

Thomas Scientific supplies equipment to labs and biopharmaceutical companies.
