Taylor Morrison, Christopher Todd buy 20-acre Melissa, Texas, land site

Taylor Morrison Home Corp. teamed up with Christopher Todd Communities LLC in its acquisition of an approximately 20-acre land site in Melissa, Texas.

The site is planned for a mixed-use development of residential and commercial.

Davidson Bogel Real Estate LLC brokered the transaction.
