Steele Creek Capital sells common stock

Charlotte, N.C.-based Steele Creek Capital Corp. sold $100,000 worth of common shares Feb. 18 at a par value of 0.1 cent per share.

The sales of the common shares were made pursuant to subscription agreements entered into by the company and its investors.
