Royal House Partners obtains financing as part of CPS Capital investment

Royal House Partners received debt financing as part of an investment in the company by Toronto-based CPS Capital. Twin Brook Capital Partners was the lender, market sources said.

Royal House Partners provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning; plumbing; and electrical services in Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
