National Bank of Canada CFO changing roles

National Bank of Canada CFO and Executive Vice-President of Finance Ghislain Parent will become executive vice-president of international, effective April 1.

Marie Chantal Gingras will succeed Parent as CFO and executive vice-president of finance, also effective April 1.

Parent will be primarily responsible for subsidiaries Credigy in the U.S. and Advanced Bank of Asia Ltd. in Cambodia in the new role.

Gingras will be responsible for accounting, finance, strategic planning, procurement, real estate and M&A, as well as capital management, taxation, investor relations and financial governance.
