Monument Re subsidiary acquires AME Life Lux

Monument Re Ltd. subsidiary Monument Assurance Luxembourg SA has acquired AME Life Lux SA from Covéa Mutual Group Insurance Co. for undisclosed financial terms.

The deal closed after receiving regulatory approval from the Commissariat aux Assurances. The acquisition will not impact AME Life Lux's policyholders.
