Pamplona's buyout of Danish technology components distributor EET Group A/S is backed by environmental, social and governance-linked financing facilities provided by Pemberton, according to an emailed statement today.
The private equity firm agreed to buy EET in November 2021 from FSN Capital. The deal exits FSN from an investment dating from April 2015, and since then ETT has grown EBITDA by 2.5x through a mixture of organic growth and some 25 acquisitions.
EET employs about 600 people and generates revenue of more than €500 million.
