Credit Bureau Connection acquires Dealer Safeguard Solutions

Credit Bureau Connection Inc., which offers credit report and compliance solutions to the automotive and general consumer finance industries across the U.S., acquired Dealer Safeguard Solutions.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dealer Safeguard Solutions is a software-as-a-service provider of compliance and workflow solutions for the automotive retail industry. Its founder and CEO, Doug Fusco, and the entire team will remain with the combined company.

Credit Bureau Connection is backed by CapStreet Group LLC, a Houston-based lower middle-market private equity firm.
