Creative Planning acquires Missouri-based Paradigm Financial Advisors

Creative Planning LLC acquired Paradigm Financial Advisors LLC, a fee-only fiduciary registered investment adviser based in Missouri with over $600 million in AUM.

Paradigm owner Jim Reding became an equity partner with Creative Planning and will be managing director of the St. Louis office.

Echelon Partners was Paradigm's investment banker for the transaction.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
