* Private equity firm Clairvest Group Inc. closed the sale of AlsoEnergy Inc. to Stem Inc. AlsoEnergy provides solar energy software, hardware and support services to residential, commercial and industrial, and utility solar markets.
* Funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP agreed to invest $150 million in Czech Republic-based specialty chemicals firm Draslovka Holding AS, Private Equity Wire reported.

DEALS
* KKR & Co. Inc. has held discussions with investment banks to explore options, including a sale or an IPO, for Optiv Security Inc., Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. KKR is seeking a valuation of over $3 billion, including debt, for the U.S.-based cybersecurity solutions distributor, according to the report.
* KKR agreed to make a significant investment in Atlanta-based high school sports media and technology company PlayOn Sports Inc. alongside PlayOn's existing shareholder, Panoramic Ventures LLC.
* Littlejohn & Co. LLC sold Tidel Engineering LP, a provider of cash automation technology, to Sesami Cash Management Technologies Corp.
FUNDRAISING
* German private equity firm 468 Capital obtained nearly $400 million in capital commitments at the close of its Fund II. The vehicle will invest in U.S. and European companies focusing on artificial intelligence and automation.
* InTandem Capital Partners LLC raised $225 million at the hard cap of its InTandem Capital Opportunities Fund LP. The supplemental private equity investment vehicle to the healthcare investor's InTandem Capital Partners Fund II LP will provide capital to the latter's existing portfolio companies and for its future platform investments.
* Lightsmith Group gathered $186 million at the final closing of its Lightsmith Climate Resilience Partners SCSp RAIF fund. The fund will invest in growth-stage technology companies that address the effects of climate change.
VENTURE CAPITAL
* League Inc., a healthcare platform technology company, raised $95 million in a series C funding round led by TDM Growth Partners. Workday Ventures Inc., among other investors, participated in the round.
* Lunchbox Technologies Inc., a provider of online ordering solutions for enterprise restaurant chains, secured $50 million in a series B financing round led by Coatue Management LLC. Primary Venture Management LLC and 645 Ventures Management LLC, among other investors, participated in the round.
* Olipop Inc. raised $30 million in a series B funding round led by Monogram Capital Partners. Rocana Venture Partners, among other investors, also tool part in the round.
* New York-based healthcare technology company Jasper Health Inc. collected $25 million in a series A funding round, bringing its total funding to roughly $31 million. General Catalyst led the round, with participation from Human Capital and W Health Ventures, among other investors, according to the report.
* San Francisco-based data intelligence platform provider Tint.ai secured $25 million in a series A financing round led by QED Investors LLC. Nyca Partners LLC and Deciens Capital, among other investors, took part in the round.
