Thoma Bravo names 7 partners; TPG appoints co-managing partner of secondary unit

* Ares Management Corp. expanded its board to 11 members with the addition of Eileen Naughton, former chief people officer and vice president of people operations at Google, as an independent director. It will seek to fill a vacancy on its board with an additional independent director later in 2022.

* HCI Equity Partners made changes to its team, including the promotion of Scott Gibaratz to partner.

* Thoma Bravo LP promoted several principals to partners, including Andrew Almeida, Tara Gadgil, Mike Hoffmann, Brian Jaffee, Carl Press, Adam Solomon and Peter Stefanski.

* Cinven Ltd. promoted Anthony Cardona, Anthony Santospirito, John Richardson, Matteo Corà and Stuart Walker to partner, effective Jan. 1.

* TPG Capital LP brought in Matt Jones as co-managing partner of TPG GP Solutions, leading the firm's U.S. and European secondaries business alongside Michael Woolhouse. Jones was most recently co-head of the global secondaries team at Pantheon Ventures (UK) LLP and a member of that firm's international investment committee.

* Suaad Sait, former president of SharpSpring Inc., joined Great Hill Partners LP as growth partner.

* PCP Managers LP, doing business as Parthenon Capital, said Anthony Orazio was promoted to partner and Steven Bressler was promoted to principal.

* KKR & Co. Inc. added Matthew Cohler to its board, effective Dec. 31, 2021. Cohler previously worked as general partner at venture capital firm Benchmark.
