BMO-Bank of West deal pushes J.P. Morgan to top of bank M&A deal value rankings
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC worked on eight deals with a total deal value of $40.80 billion, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
Financial services
Evercore takes top spot as fintech, payments M&A adviser in 2021
Evercore Inc. did not advise on any deals in the fourth quarter, but still made it to the top by advising on four deals worth $10.54 billion throughout the year.
