Prodieco's acquisition by Agilitas supported by Barings

Barings has announced that it served as the sole arranger of secured credit facilities supporting Agilitas' buyout of Prodieco Advanced Engineering Solutions.

Headquartered in Ireland, Prodieco is an independent global provider of blister tooling change parts for the pharmaceutical industry.
