Natixis hires Ogden to head leveraged finance syndicate

Natixis CIB Americas hired Jeff Ogden as a managing director to head its leveraged finance syndicate desk, according to sources. He started the role in December and is based in New York.

Ogden joins the firm’s expanding leveraged finance platform run by Graham Lawrence and further overseen by Michael Moravec, who is co-head of investment banking at Natixis CIB Americas.

Ogden has more than 40 years of leveraged finance experience in origination, execution, syndication and restructurings. He has worked at Barclays, Lehman, Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust in a variety of leveraged finance roles. Prior to joining Natixis, Ogden founded a professional services firm providing primarily board of director services.
