Longtime Donegal exec retires

Richard Kelley has retired as senior vice president of Donegal Group Inc., effective Jan. 7.

Kelley has also retired as senior vice president of field operations for Donegal Mutual Insurance Co., where he worked for more than 21 years, and several insurance subsidiaries of Donegal Group.
