InnovateMR nets unitranche backing investment by CIVC Partners

InnovateMR received a unitranche credit facility backing CIVC Partners' investment in the company. Audax Private Debt was administrative agent and lead arranger, according to a statement today.

The investment will be used for "accelerating organic growth and pursuing strategic acquisitions," the statement reads.

Calabasas, Calif.-based InnovateMR provides survey and sampling services to market research agencies and companies.
