Innocoll refinances term loan with new $125M credit facility

Innocoll Holdings PLC received a new $125 million term loan from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP, the companies said.

Proceeds refinanced a term loan, according to a Jan. 28 statement. The new financing will enhance the company’s “financial flexibility” and allow for investment, including in R&D.

Innocoll Biotherapeutics PLC is a specialty pharmaceutical company. It is an investment of Gurnet Point Capital.
