Twin Brook Capital was administrative agent on debt financing that supported Bertram Capital’' buyout of BCI Burke, according to market sources. Additional details of the financing were not available.
Bertram disclosed Dec. 15, 2021, that it acquired Burke, which is the sixth investment completed in the firm's fourth fund. The lower middle-market private equity firm announced in June 2021 that it closed Bertram Growth Capital IV LP and Bertram Growth Capital IV-A LP with $940 million of total capital commitments. BCI Burke was acquired from The Halifax Group.
BCI Burke Company, LLC, based in Fond du Lac, Wisc., manufactures commercial play equipment and outdoor recreation solutions for public parks, educational institutions, early childcare centers and commercial developments.
