Alchemy-owned, Italian portable-toilet specialist Ylda is refinancing with a €45 million unitranche facility from Idinvest, according to sources.
The company has an EBITDA of roughly €15 million, sources said.
In 2018, Alchemy Special Opportunities Fund acquired Ylda from Porta Romana 1 and Findeco.
In 2009, LBO France and Yarpa acquired the majority share of Diamont Group, owner of Sebach Srl and Armal Srl — two companies specializing in the renting and production of portable toilets. This acquisition led to the creation of Ylda Group SpA.
Sebach is a Tuscan company established in 1986, offering a portable-toilet service in Italy, with more than 80 affiliated rental agencies and 1,000 renting points. Set up in Italy in 1987, Armal specializes in the development and manufacturing of portable toilets, as well as equipment for related cleaning services.
