The Becker Milk Co. provides update on strategic review

The Becker Milk Co. Ltd. said it has engaged in talks with potential buyers as it continually evaluates strategic directions for the company, although none of the discussions are active as of the March 15 release.

In reporting its latest financial results, the Toronto-based retail property company said it sold 24 investment assets over the past six years as the company's board pursues a program of disposing of less desirable sites.
