StoneX Group buys minority stake in broker dealer Tigress Financial Partners

StoneX Group Inc. has acquired a minority stake in Tigress Financial Partners LLC.

The terms of the transaction are not material to StoneX Group, which provides execution, post-trade settlement, clearing and custody services.

The closing of the deal is subject to limited conditions, such as regulatory approval.

Tigress Financial Partners is a full-service broker-dealer offering services in capital markets underwriting, investment banking, equity research, global debt and equity securities sales and trading, and investor services.
