Saxo Bank names chairman

Danish lender Saxo Bank A/S named Kari Stadigh chairman of its board.

Stadigh, former group CEO and president of Sampo Oyj, will replace Daniel Donghui Li, CEO of Chinese automobile company and parent Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. Li will continue as a regular member of the bank's board.

Additionally, Yifan Zhang, Geely Holding Group's financial sector general manager, was elected a member of the bank's board and will replace Ian Zhang, who has been a member of the board since 2018.
