Kelso & Co. LP and Estancia Capital Management LLC are looking to sell Resolute Investment Managers Inc. at a potential valuation of over $1.5 billion, including debt, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
Potential acquirers reportedly have been approached to gauge their interest in the multi-brand financial advisory firm. The two private equity firms are working with an investment bank to prepare for the sale process, sources told the news outlet.
Neither Kelso nor Resolute commented on the matter, while Estancia did not respond to a request for comment, according to Reuters.
