One Rock Capital hits $2B hard cap for 3rd flagship PE fund

One Rock Capital Partners LLC reached the $2.0 billion hard cap for its third flagship private equity fund at final close, attracting capital from new and existing investors.

The One Rock Capital Partners III LP fund, which had a $1.5 billion target, has become the firm's largest fund to date.

The private equity firm, through the fund, will continue to make control investments in companies across manufacturing, chemical, business services, auto retail and several other sectors.
