* Banco Bradesco SA named Renato Ejnisman CEO of digital bank Next and Felipe Thut investment banking chief at its Banco Bradesco BBI SA subsidiary. Bradesco also appointed Rogério Câmara to a newly created vice president role focused on improving the customer experience.
Feb. 26
* Banco Pine SA said CFO and Investor Relations Officer Eduardo Magalhães Fonseca will step down from the roles and be replaced by Sérgio Luís Patrício.
* Banco do Brasil SA denied media reports claiming CEO Andre Brandão indicated an intention to resign. The bank said there was "no request for resignation" from the executive.
