KKR to buy minority stake in Nordic Bioscience

KKR & Co. Inc. is set to buy a minority stake in Denmark-based Nordic Bioscience A/S for an undisclosed amount.

The private equity giant will make the investment through its Health Care Strategic Growth Fund.

The investment will be used to support the bioscience company's commercialization and expansion of its research and development services, diagnostics platform, patent portfolio and drug development pipeline.
