Invitation Homes appoints chief investment officer

Invitation Homes Inc. on March 1 said John Gibson was promoted to executive vice president and chief investment officer, with immediate effect.

Gibson was most recently promoted to executive vice president of portfolio management.

The single-family home rental real estate investment trust also promoted Paul Mauk to senior vice president of portfolio development, while Peter DiLello and Alicia MacPhee were elevated to the company's internal executive committee as senior vice president of the investment management group and senior vice president for the East field division, respectively.
