Tammie Mahoney rejoined Laconia, N.H.-based Bank of New Hampshire as assistant vice president — mortgage loan officer.
Tammie spent 12 years at Bank of New Hampshire from 2008 to 2020.
Bank of New Hampshire is a unit of BNH Financial.

Joseph Busuttil, a board member at Saint Paul, Minn.-based AgriBank FCB since 2018, announced that he will resign on March 9 due to a new opportunity as a director for an international bank.

Danbury, Conn.-based Union Savings Bank, a subsidiary of USB Bancorp Inc., appointed Dan Silva as its chief information security officer, according to a news release on the bank's website.
Silva joined the bank in 1998. He was most recently director of technology and data services.
The bank announced that it hired Jim Gerace to fill the vacant role left by Silva.
Gerace most recently was director of IT for Excelligence Learning Corp.

Asheville, N.C.-based HomeTrust Bancshares Inc. announced that it and its unit, HomeTrust Bank, entered into an agreement with Paula Labian in connection with her voluntary resignation as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, effective Dec. 31, 2020.
The agreement provides for a $469,000 cash payment to Labian and a $31,000 payment to her attorney for fees and expenses.

Longview, Texas-based Texas Bank and Trust Co. elected Randall Ward as a director, Longview News-Journal reported Feb. 28.
Ward is senior vice president and benefit consultant at HUB International Texas.

Alex Calvert and Eric Hjerpe were elected to the board of Bloomington, Ill.-based First State Bank of Bloomington, The Pantagraph reported March 1.
Calvert is the managing member of Calvert Funeral Homes. Hjerpe is the managing partner and owner of Hjerpe & Tennison CPAs LCC.

Fannie Mae appointed Simon Johnson and Christopher Brummer to its board.
Johnson is currently the Ronald A. Kurtz Professor of Entrepreneurship and head of the Global Economics and Management Group at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Brummer is the faculty director of the Institute of International Economic Law and Agnes N. Williams Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center.

Capital One Financial Corp. appointed Ime Archibong and Craig Williams to its board.
Archibong is head of new product experimentation at Facebook. Williams is the president of Jordan Brand at Nike.
Both Archibong and Williams will stand for election by Capital One shareholders in May.
The company also announced the retirement of Pierre Leroy effective as of this year's annual meeting. Leroy was a member of the board for 16 years.
