Denver-based Citywide Banks president/CEO to retire; successor named

Citywide Banks President and CEO Joanne Sherwood will retire May 3.

The board appointed Director of Commercial Banking Michael Wamsganz president and CEO, effective May 3.

The Denver-based bank is a unit of Heartland Financial USA Inc.
