BXS Insurance names COO

BancorpSouth Bank subsidiary BXS Insurance Inc. named Aimee Kilpatrick COO, as part of several leadership changes at the company.

Scott Naugle, previously BXS Insurance's COO, was appointed to the newly created role of president of consumer solutions. Steve Allison has been named chief sales officer after serving as president of the Louisiana region. His prior role will be taken up by Patrick Moore, who will also serve as head of marketing and carrier relations.

Chris Boone, who was president of BXS Insurance's property and casualty division, was named president of commercial and group solutions. Lastly, the company appointed Kerry Drake as president emeritus of employee benefits.
