TPG Growth buys majority stake in People 2.0

TPG Capital LP's middle-market and growth equity platform TPG Growth bought a majority stake in outsourced human resources service provider People 2.0 Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

People 2.0 offers services such as onboarding workers, managing payroll and administering worker benefits to staffing agencies, search and recruitment firms, mass talent procurement organization as well as consulting, contracting and compliance companies. It is present in more than 40 countries.
